This is the program that will help you progress from stage to stage at your pace.  And! You choose what phase to start from. You can figure it out on your own or we can talk it through in your free consultation with me! In Break the Barrier, there are several exercise plan options! Along with the program, there is also the SPĪR Fitness Planner where you can track your exercise, eating, water intake. There is so much to help you reach your goals!

Nutrition 

I’ve learned over time how vital nutrition is combined with exercise, aka what is put into the body as food  and the moving opportunity we give ourselves through exercise. I love exercise & I’ve really learned to enjoy and look forward to nutrients! I found in my experience, exercise alone did not give me the results I was envisioning. Nutrition is vital! This is why, in my program Break the Barrier, I encourage beginning slowly and balanced, give your mind and body time to adjust and transition, increasing the likelihood results will stay.

Mindset

SPĪR Fitness Personal Growth Planner, helps enhance Mindset! The way we think about things, our belief of things. Fixed mindset and growth mindset are two ways of thinking. Growth mindset gives us opportunities to know that we can change our thought process to help us reach our goals and things we want to achieve, like weight loss, increased healthy lifestyle & overall life goals.
